How to withdraw money and when will I get it?

Did you get a notification that you have sold a photo? Congratulations!

You can find information about money on your account in the app: Menu - Withdraw money.

If you want to withdraw it (send it to your PayPal account), you need to have at least $5 on your account.

 

If you already have $5 or more, choose the "Withdraw Now" button. Your PayPal account needs to be verified. If everything goes fine, you will see confirmation with the expected payment date:

Processing payments around the world is quite complicated, so it usually takes 30-60 days from the withdrawal date. 

When you receive payment for selling products such as your photos or videos on Foap, PayPal deducts a fee. Detailed information regarding these fees can be found on the PayPal website.

    Hey, foto.migawki! Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the delay in processing payments. Our delay was caused by unforeseen changes in PayPal's policies, which caught us off guard.  

    However, we're happy to say that we have made the necessary changes to our app and everything should be back to normal. We already started processing delayed payments, and by the end of the week, the majority of them should be deposited into your and other Foapers' PayPal accounts.
