The app says my photo is too small. What should I do?

The minimum resolution of the photo required is 1280x960. For Getty Missions it's 2048x1536. 

If your photo has too low resolution, you can try using any photo image resize app which you can find in the "App Store" or "Google Play Store" using the keywords "photo resize".
